Requirements to Rent a Slip

After your application has been approved,

1.  Submit a certificate of insurance. Insurance must have minimum liability coverage of $500,000, with Marina Cortez listed as an additional insured.

2.  Submit DMV Registration, or USCG Documentation.

3.  Submit proof of residency and one utility bill to residence.

4.  Payment of first month's rent and a deposit in the amount equal to 2-months projected rent is required.

Additional Information

Marina Cortez is not accepting applications for the purpose of living-aboard, or for the purpose of chartering, AirBnb, or other commercial activity.

Vessels must be kept in a clean, well maintained and operable condition.
