Slip Rates

We have over 500 slips in our San Diego marina. Slips come in standard single and standard double, as well as side-ties, end-ties and inside-ties. We can accommodate a length overall of 25′-120′.

Fees are assessed at the rate of the length of the slip, or the length overall of the vessel, whichever is greater. Your vessel may extend up to two feet past the end of the slip.

Long-Term Wharfage

Long-term slip rates apply for stays one month or over. Rates are billed according to the size of the vessel, or the size of slip, whichever is greater.

We must receive payment of first month's rent and a deposit in the amount equal to 2-months projected rent in order to confirm your reservation.

Inside Ties, Under 24' -- $15.75 per foot
25' -- $19.87 per foot
30' Double -- $19.64 per foot
30' Single -- $20.21 per foot
35' -- $20.79 per foot
40' -- $21.95 per foot

Short-Term Wharfage

Temporary slip rates apply for stays under one month. Increased holiday rates may apply. Please call 619-291-5985 for availability.

Standard slips, side ties, or inside ties -- $3 per foot per night

Additional Fees

Electric is metered at the SDG&E rate. Gate access cards are a $50 deposit per key upon check-in.

First parking card is free. Additional cards are charged monthly. Please inquire about the rates.

Kayak rack rental space is $25 per month, with a $25 deposit.
